Great location, nice hotel, stylish with good breakfast. Helpful concierge. 2nd room had river view. Huge room, 4 poster bed. Huge bathroom with bath + shower, 2 handbasins. Quiet room faced courtyard, not river. Excellent communication before travel. Friendly, professional staff. Room larger than expected. Amazing rooftop bar + restaurant with best view in city. Fabulous bedroom with heavenly bed, huge balcony with amazing view. Guests from other hotels jealous. Will definitely come back.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is located in the exact center of Firenze, just a few minutes from the train station, making it very convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with double sinks in the bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with concierges going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace restaurant with stunning views.

Some of the meals at the restaurant downstairs can be quite pricey.

During our city break, we enjoyed the really good breakfast that was offered at the hotel. There were many choices available, easy to find something that suited our tastes. the staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, being within close proximity to popular attractions and landmarks in the city.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the issue with the air conditioning in the rooms. The temperature was set to heat, but since the weather was cool, we found the rooms to be uncomfortably warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable four-poster bed. The bathroom was huge, with a full bath and separate shower, and plenty of clean towels. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of all attractions, within walking distance of everything. It is also down the river to the main tourist sites, making it a great location for exploring this city. The staff was tremendously helpful and cute, going out of their way to make our stay nice. They even managed to get us a table for the fully booked New Year's dinner, a wonderful experience.

During my recent business trip to Italy, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, allowing me to easily explore the city during my free time. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the river and offering a stunning view of the famous bridge. the hotel provided all the necessary facilities and room advantages needed for a comfortable stay in the city.

The only downside was the high cost of laundry services, which was quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The room was larger than expected and beautifully decorated. The rooftop bar had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Florence.

We were actually surprised by the upgraded room we received upon arrival at the Westin. The canopy bed and spacious sitting area made our stay extra comfortable. The staff were great too be helpful and accessible throughout our time at the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, la Se-Sto en Arno, offers amazing views of the city. we highly recommend this elegant hotel with a great location.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The room I was given had a large balcony with a fine view of the river. The service was excellent and the hotel itself is great. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. The concierge was very helpful in recommending the best restaurants in town. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Florence.

the room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a stunning river view. I also enjoyed a heavenly full body massage in the private spa facilities, followed by a delicious continental breakfast in the on-site restaurant. the location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the famous attractions.

this did not impact my overall wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay in Florence.
